Springfield Toyota

Springfield Toyota is a new automotive sales and service facility visible from I-95 in Springfield, VA. The project features two-story service and parts departments, four service drive lanes, a deep canopy in front of the showroom for vehicle display, and a second floor office and administrative area.

Developed atop an abandoned landfill, the facility totals 93,000 sq. ft, was completed in November 2014, and was awarded LEED Gold status in January 2017.
