Responsibilities:
- Oversee the companywide implementation of BIM and related technology
- Understand and communicate how BIM affects project workflows, deliverables, and project management companywide
- Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all BIM projects, files, and models including BIM execution plan
- Provide end-user training, support, leadership, and mentoring
- Manage and mentor the BIM support team, including BIM Coordinator and BIM Modelers
- Set up Revit Models for all projects
- Act as BIM Coordinator for select projects
- Continue to establish standard practices
- Help create and improve interoperability within Revit for increased sharing of information and efficiencies for companywide standards
- Oversee Navisworks setup and management for projects
Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional degree in Architecture or similar preferred
- 8-10+ years AEC industry experience
- Revit/BIM: 8-10 years (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit, Revit Add-Ins, CAD, Navisworks, and 3D Rendering; Dynamo experience preferred
- Familiarity with content management solutions and strategies required
- Desire to teach others about design technologies in daily practices
- Aptitude toward technology and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo constructively and successfully and mentor staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and demonstrated oral and written presentation skills

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
